I went in today a little intimidated being that it was my first time trying Cava,but was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and customer service John provided. He walked me threw all the choices and also recommended certain items. I went with the lamb and it did not disappoint. Great experience for it being my first time I look forward to coming back. Great service

40 minute wait for pickup order that was missing the tzaziki and hummus. Rice wasn't seasoned as advertised. When asked for the sauces on the receipt the employee was annoyed.

Everything was great as always. I received the sauce on the side this time, way better eating experience; Everyone that prepared my pita wrap puts way to much sauce and then you need 30 napkins to clean your face up, plus not cool when you have a beard.

If you get Cava, YOU MUST COME TO THIS ONE!!! Out of all the locations I’ve been to, this is definitely the BEST Cava in Virginia Beach! This store is incredibly clean and well-maintained, with a cozy atmosphere perfect for dining in. The staff here are phenomenal—very welcoming, helpful, and extremely friendly. Special shoutout to Cameron, Gigi, and Tania for being the kindest and most generous team I’ve encountered :) !!! The food is fresh, flavorful, and delicious every time! If you’re looking for great food (with amazing portions), outstanding service, and a clean store, this location is the one to visit. I drive the extra miles just for this specific Cava!!
