I’ve eaten here five times, and the last two times getting pick up has been a nightmare. I was told 25 minutes, I waited, almost an hour. My food was sitting behind the desk and no one said anything. I get up to ask the same person that took my money how much longer, she asked who I was. When they checked the bag and it was mine, I had said that was sitting there for 30 minutes and no one said anything. Based on the reviews, The Twisted Crab offers fantastic and amazing food, including crab legs, green mussels, black mussels, sausage, no head shrimp, scallops, fried shrimp, chicken strips, and sides. The food is great, filling, delicious, and nothing disappoints. While a bit pricey, the service is excellent. Servers are very responsive to requests, outstanding, and stay on top of everything, anticipating customer needs. However, after 8pm, other staff members may not acknowledge a customer standing at the front. The restaurant is a great place for a good time, with smooth pick-up and hot food.
