My experience at Cava was very good. I was served by Anon at first who made my food just like how I wanted it. He asked questions about what I wanted too. Shae cashed me out and was very pleasant. The restaurant was clean as well as the toilets. All round pleasant experience where I will definitely visit again.
Donald was an absolute legend and gave me a crazy good bowl recommendation that switched my perspective from chipotle to cava. Will forever be replacing chipotle with cava from now on. Give the man a raise.
Donald provided excellent customer service during my visit to Cava. He was friendly, cheerful, and very attentive while preparing our bowls. He listened carefully, made sure everything was just right, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. Great service like his really makes a difference.
