The Cavalier is a gorgeous property, but the overall experience has declined noticeably over the past few years. During our most recent visit, the restaurant was out of ingredients for the drink we ordered (an espresso martini at 8pm). Last year’s visit was also marked by poor service and disappointing food.
A hotel of this caliber should deliver a much higher level of consistency and quality.
