Went to this place twice and never again will I get the cheesesticks. The first time they were cut incredibly narrow and my dipping sauce was not what I ordered. The second time they had the sauce right but still cut way to narrow to be a cheesestick

Service is exceptional, no wait time, professional. Kinda think some of the guys back there are on the spectrum but they have quality customer service that you dream about. Definitely prefer this channellos over my own that's in OV area.

I arrived to this restaurant before it was time to close and they turned me away. If you closed at 1 and I get there before 12:45 I should not be turned away. Bad customer service. Then I had a door dash pick up that was not ready. I received the order from door dash when I was writing this

I don't know why the rating is so low. The pizza is AMAZING! Arrived on time and was excellent.
This is our go to pizza place where we visit our daughter in VA Beach. Good value for money. We usually call for carry out. This time I went and ordered in person. The place was absolutely slammed for a Wed night. Only two people working. One guy trying to keep up with the phone calls and see to the customers coming in for pickup. The other guy was going full speed just making pizzas. They gave me a estimate for waiting and beat it. So we were very pleased. We'll be back on our next visit.

This place always sends a great product! Last time I ordered I got upset that even though I ordered 3 "Chanellos Sauces" I was given "Ken's Ranch". It's petty and I accept that but I called to complain and the gentlemen on the phone quickly disarmed me by giving me an honest answer of why they didn't have the sauce and even though I was acting like a jerk he did nothing but meet me with kindness. So, great food, great prices and great staff. 10/10 for me.
