Da bomb!! They are the best! I doordash for extra money and I definitely take into account how I am treated when I'm picking up for someone else, it helps me determine if I'll personally spend my own money there. The people who work here are always so friendly and helpful. Plus their pizza is literally the freaking best.
Contrary to some of these negative reviews I can’t concur. I sat and watched these guys bust their behinds off while still giving extremely great customer service and some people were still giving them a hard time because they had to wait for their order. What do you expect it’s Christmas Day they had two screens full of orders and on top of that I received 2 $10 tips on top of what they’ve already tipped me from my customers. I went in to pick up a pizza and they couldn't find my order. They checked and looked and I was feeling really perplexed... the lady states I ordered to a different Chanello's and which one. I was so embarrassed, but I was met with kindness and understanding. They nailed their customer service!
