I rarely get to come out to Virginia Beach, much less Lynnhaven Mall. But when I do I love getting cheese steaks at Charley's. The food always tastes good, it's hot and super fresh, and the amount of cheese is awesome. I highly recommend their Old School or Hot Shot Italiano!

The guys NEED to come back, i JUST went n spent 13$ for chicken cheesesteak n ff to go. When I got all the way home all I had was pretty much bread n lil chicken...smh. Everytime I go when the guys r working they make big sandwiches....VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I've visit this location often because it is convenient and opted against a review when the service was really bad. I will say the customer service is poor. Maybe its a cultural thing or language barrier but it sucks. Food is not consistent. Sometimes its ok, other times there is absolutely no seasoning. The guy is the best cook. Sandwiches get soggy fast. I stopped getting the combo because they keep reducing the amount of fries. I think I may have had 9 fries last time....
