Food quality was awful, I have pictures available upon request. The chicken sandwich was saturated with oil! Despite numerous attempts to wrap it with paper towels to get rid of the unbelievable amount of oil, the sandwich was dripping oil! I had no clue how it was made, the fries were black and tasted like it was reheated 100 times. Highly disappointed.

This was our favorite location for years…. Until the second location was opened near the outlets. That seemed to be the main focus while this location suffers. It has great service and staff!! So friendly and helpful! The location is just dirty. The floors are slick and dirty and the tables are not clean unless you ask them to clean one. The restaurant could use a good clean. They used to have things out like ketchup and condiments but not anymore which is a shame because not all of us want to go to the counter to ask for things. If you are in the area the location by Town Center is cleaner and not that much further.

The best chic fil a, ever with the best service, never gets anything wrong, I’ve been a loyal customer since 2009. They’re amazing in all things, very generous and community oriented. I also love their play area for children.
Kid-friendliness: There play area is amazing and very kid friendly.
I love this food, my favorite, but I ordered a chicken sandwich for home delivery and everything arrived fine. The problem was that they put a small piece of chicken, only bread and little food. It had never happened, what a bad service ☹️
