5 stars before and after but, Edit: I saw a review commending a young man for his customer service and I would like to double down and say he is who earned this review for this location, as I know he also cooked the food bc of how often I go and it was very fresh bc HE seemed to be at least temporarily running the ship. Most of my recent previous visits echoed the other lower starred reviews, asking for fresh food and getting a funny look when the beans are clearly hours past...

Used to come here all the time but after our experience the other night I don’t think we’ll be back. Ordered food to go it was later in the evening we had been moving all day apparently they ran out of rice so they didn’t make the food at all I asked why she didn’t call us and she said “ Well I didn’t know if you would answer the phone” So we get there it’s too late to really go anywhere else so we say please go ahead and make it without the rice. I’m not sure...

I have been going to this chipotle for a while now and it's historically been meh but something changed in the last few months! Everything from the food to the environment to the cleanliness has been a 5/5 experience. Delicious, fresh, and never out of items.
