The sever, Sheeda(I think) was excellent!! She took care of us for my nieces 17th birthday. We there were about 20 people. The food came out exactly as ordered and hot! The manager came out to check on us! I can’t say enough about how attentive the whole staff was!!!Kid-friendliness: Awesome!!
I usually only write positive reviews but I'm really disappointed in Chix. The crab cake sandwich I was given was so small it didn't even fill out the bun. It was pitiful. All I could taste was bread. The manager said they weigh out their meat and could not do anything about it. I'm not one to EVER complain, but I felt this was unacceptable and had to speak up. I understand the economy sucks right now, but at the very least give your customers a respectable portion and charge accordingly. I'm a local and have been going to Chix for years. I left feeling gypped and won't be back.

The waitress we had was so nice and very informative. I had the crab cakes which were delicious and I loved my Ceasar salad. I also recommend sitting on the covered patio- the ambiance is wonderful!

The food and service was great! But when we came out the valet driver demanded we gave him a tip? And had us cash app him money! For not even driving and parking the car 20ft, insane.

Our server Adrian was amazing! Very attentive and accommodating. We had our Great Dane and they allowed us to have him with us, as it was off season and not crowded outside.
