Exceptional! Maya was a wonderful server, the food was out of this world, and I felt completely safe eating there with allergies. I had the steamer crab bag and a side of fries. They have a dedicated GF fryer and Maya was able to confidently confirm that my selections were also dairy free. Bit of a trap on the rating, but this place deserves a fair and honest review:
I visited Chix today (10/2/26) at lunch. I ordered the crab cake sandwich (broiled) with fries. Great waitstaff, great service. When food arrived, at first was very good. After 3 or 4 bites in, the crab was cold and raw in the middle. Notified server (Trish, what a delight!) and she notified manager. Manager (Victoria, absolutely lovely lady) apologized and wanted to do the right thing. Unfortunately,...

Good service, food and atmosphere. It did seem like we were being rushed by the server, but that is typical for tourist spots. The main issue we had were the flies that kept flying over everyone's food. It made it a bit annoying and felt like you had to eat fast. Overall a good place to try if you're in town.
