We came in last minute for a birthday celebration and was immediately accommodated. The waitresd was nice and helpful. The tortellini was amazing. Overall a good experience. They also allowed us to substitute some meals because my son has a dairy allergy.

I visited this restaurant recently and found the service to be excellent. While the food was tasty, I felt that the prices were on the higher side. What surprised me the most was the $12 charge for using a credit card, which seemed excessive, especially in today's cashless society. Overall, while the experience was enjoyable, the pricing and credit card fee were notable drawbacks.

Perfect little spot for a nice date out. Got the sirloin steak that came with shrimp, scallops, mashed potatoes and swapped the broccoli out for asparagus... Everything was delicious! The steak cut like butter and the scallops were cooked to perfection!
Excellent food and very attentive service. We went on the night before Valentine's Day, and it was so much better than fighting the Valentine's rush. Portions have gotten smaller and prices are up. It's a great place for special occasions.

It was a very nice experience but it asks as you're booking what's the occasion and I indicated twice I was celebrating a birthday and in the description I wrote it was my wife's birthday and after dinner I was expecting the staff to mention it and nothing we got the bill and we left. I had to resort to another method of getting a small cake to celebrate. But the food was delicious!

The food was great, the wait staff was very polite and helpful. I came here for a birthday dinner and I will be back. We ordered, steak and salmon. Both came with mashed potatoes and brocolli and everything was very flavorful. We ordered the Tropical Martini and that was great also.

This place has a strict dress code, but they only enforce it for some. They asked me and my friend to take our hats off but during our time we saw two other people with their hats on.

My girlfriend and I came to Chops for a birthday celebration and the dining experience was wonderful, from being seated and having our coats handled, all the way to walking out the door was a pleasant experience. The food was great. Steaks were tender and cooked perfectly to the right temperature, but the best part of the dinner experience was our server Abby. She was very friendly, welcoming and grave perfect non intrusive service while always being there when need, clearing plates right on time. Abby noticed my girlfriend was left handed when she started to lay silverware out when marking for food later on while dining, a small detail that was enjoyable to see. Service always make’s restaurants, not the food and we will definitely be back in the future because of this.
