Fantastic find in VA beach!! Made reservations and we were seated right away by a very professional and kind host, possibly the manager. The atmosphere is very elegant and maturely modern. My husband and I have been to Chops many times. This most recent we had Daniel. He was great and as always the food and drinks were amazing. We’ve never left unhappy and it’s become a favorite for us for date night.
The food was amazing! I did the three courses. Had the garden salad, salmon, and seasonal cheesecake. I know you are probably wondering why 3 stars instead of 4-5. I ordered an espresso martini and it was pretty creamy in comparison to many others I’ve had. You could not taste the espresso at all over the other flavors. I would recommend getting wine over a mixed drink.
