My only complaint would be that the risotto last night was not as good as it normally is. It was a little runny with not much flavor. Other than that it was terrific. That is why I gave it a 4 star instead of five

The food was okay - the rockfish was meh. The branzino was much better.

I took my wife to Cobalt Grille on Valentine's Day after experiencing bad customer service at another restaurant in the same plaza. Cobalt Grille was excellent, but The Bucher's Son had terrible customer service. We arrived at the Bucher's Son when the restaurant opened (and it was completely empty). The manager was rude and he would not seat my wife and I claiming that all seats were reserved. We could not believe it because we were looking at a completely empty restaurant. We decided to go to Cobalt Grill and they were also just opening and expecting a crowd, but they welcomed my wife and I. To our surprise, Cobalt Grille's food, atmosphere, and customer service was better than The Bucher's Son. The owner of Cobalt Grille even visited our table twice to check on us. Thanks to Cobalt Grille, my wife and I had a pleasant Valentine's Day dining experience. Our waitor's name was Andrew, and I would like to thank him for his outstanding customer service.

Love the portabella fries

Hadn't visited in several years and unfortunately, the quality wasn't the same. Fried green tomatoes were to hard to eat. The seabass and mashed potatoes were ikay. I never add salt to my food but I had to tonight.

Got the special, it was 1/2 turkey sandwich and I sub the salad in. The salad was 1/2 portion and they up charged me $6. I wouldn't have minded if the side salad price is just normally $8. So only saved $2 and gave up the soup for it. Also the turkey in the sandwich was low quality, regular deli. Disappointing The positive was the server, she was so great. The wine and drinks are very good and quality. The bread for the sandwich was so good and the side of fries were got.

On two successive visits, the kitchen simply was unable to serve food at the appropriate temperature: soup was not hot; so-called freshly grilled tuna barely was room temperature. Risotto was cool to the tongue; after "heating up," the plate was hot, the food was not. The server was able to have the kitchen remake the dish. The third try was the charm. Since I've been a patron for more than twenty years, I'm willing to give them one more try for a meal without drama before writing them off permanently.

Friendly greeting upon arrival and immediately seated for our 5pm reservation. Our server promptly greeted us and provided a run down of the menu options. Drink orders taken and arrived quickly. All in our party decided on burger night entrees. The burgers were cooked to order, tasty and served with warm fries. We had dessert too - dip sum doughnuts, toffee pudding and chocolate cake were all good. Overall a delicious and enjoyable dinner out for a very reasonable price. The restaurant is cozy and comfortable. We will definitely return.

Has been an annual Valentine's dinner for many years. Had reservations so seated quickly with menus. Then we waited, and we waited, and finally the waiter showed up with water. We ordered our dinner and drinks. It was good we had water because we waited, and we waited, and the beer and glass of wine showed up about the time of the meal. Food was warm at best, and small portions. A total disappointment.

Cobalt Grille was superb in all areas. It was a Holiday weekend so 2 of our favorites - the carpaccio and the burgers were not available - so we started with calamari which was excellent with a great aioli and perfectly cooked. My wife had the blackened tuna with Thai sauce which is her favorite. She is obsessed with the Thai sauce. The tuna was wonderful and not overcooked - and the Thai sauce is always fabulous. I tried the steak frites which were delicious and the steak a perfect medium rare. One of our friends got the risotto which he found delicious. The house rose and cote de rhone wines were great and I had a smoked pecan manhattan which was wonderful. In addition, Cobalt Grill went out of their way to accommodate my wife - who has hearing issues - with a booth which was ideal and very kind of them. We had a great time. A definite 5 stars!!!!!

The entire experience was okay. Nothing more, nothing less. The plating was lovely. I was hoping for spectacular food /experience based on the reviews I read and considering the final bill for two of us.

Wonderful food! Attentive staff who came over to say “hello” and to chat with us! Owner Alvin sat down to say a few words and the other owner greeted us as we left. I asked our waiter Alex how come the drinks were so good and he explained. Another wonderful dining experience!!!

Great food and service ruined by such a noisy and loud atmosphere. Could not hear ourselves talk at all. Wish the acoustics were better!
