I've been through the drive-thru twice and both times the speaker was so muffled that it was difficult to communicate, causing issues with the order. This most recent time, the person working the drive-thru talked over me a couple times and repeated incorrect order items. I don't believe this is an issue with customer service, but bad equipment.

The menu is also very difficult to understand if you aren't familiar with it, but the food is good...

Ok this is literally like going to a cook out! The food is so good and the prices are awesome. Just to give you an example. My family of three ate for $30 which is HALF of what we've paid at Five Guys and many other places. The food and friendly staff give you a wonderful summertime cook out feeling too. I can't believe I haven't gone here sooner

Just gonna be honest in saying that most fast food places that have a staff of young people is normally a bad sign (for me)... well, that is not the case here! We have started ordering here at least once a week due to the GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PRICES, GREAT FOOD, and WONDERFUL ATTITUDE of the young people working there!
