Fiesta Kainan Reviews
I was excited to go here but left with disappointment 😢
Maybe I went on an off day..Sunday…but it shouldn’t matter what day you go..food should always be consistent…
I ordered dinuguan..it was good but it was very salty. I ordered a 2 entree plate…not enough rice!!! I had to go home to make more rice to finish the dinuguan and eat the second meat!!
I ordered Pancit, it tasted like watered down noodles! Extremely disappointed here!
I also bought Pichi-pichi,...read full review
There is a person who works there and is rude. Big mouth. Food was not good as it used to be.
Best Filipino restaurant in Virginia Beach! They have a variety of food! Come early especially if you like squid! Customer service friendly especially the cashier!🦑 💗

Fiesta Kainan offers a casual, cafeteria-style Filipino dining experience with a focus on affordable and flavorful dishes. The restaurant features a clean environment, though some chairs may be ripped, and maintains a cool atmosphere, which is especially appreciated during hot days. The menu includes a variety of Filipino favorites such as Lechon Kawali, Halo-halo, Dinuguan, pancit, lumpia, kare-kare, pork skewers, and sisig, with many customers praising the taste and quality of these dishes. The staff is friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making guests feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.
While some reviews mention that the flavor of the food has declined recently, with dishes no longer tasting as fresh or authentic as before, others highlight the good value and tasty options, particularly the sisig and lumpia. Several reviewers suggest improvements such as labeling dishes to help first-time visitors identify their choices easily and ensuring food is served hot, as some items are better enjoyed warm. The Halo-halo received mixed reviews, with some finding it lacking sweetness or ingredients that tasted like they had been sitting out. Overall, Fiesta Kainan is a good spot for Filipino food lovers seeking affordable, comforting meals in a relaxed setting.
