I love the food don’t call me too crazy you know it’s true! Can’t beat the milkshakes with the trays and they give you a decent amount of food, but you gotta bring back the cappuccino flavor for the milkshakes and thicken them milkshakes just all lil for the customers that like to scoop

Cookout is really good but sometimes the people working just sound like they don't want to be there. They have gotten our order wrong twice since we have been on vacation in Virginia

I want this particular location to be good so bad being in close proximity to my home, however honestly I hate it. Burgers always cold and dry. I get the same dbl patty cheese burger. It is always cold and dry. To the point the cheese wont even melt. I keep trying every few months in hopes of a change. I tried today which led to this review. Please do better.
