i went to this general booth location today and got a $20 fill up and a kfc bowl. got home, no kfc bowl. went back to kfc " i was just here" she says" kfc bowl?" i say yes and " i want you to refill the whole order". she says where is the food? i say "back at my house becoming cold, left over food." shes like" ok, hold on". and refilled my whole order. i was blown away and apologized for being a jerk. she was super nice. been going to this kfc for over ten years. and will continue....read full review
Exceptional customer service at the drive through!!
Music in the lobby was pretty loud. I asked about a new item and the lady said she didn't know because the cardboard display faced away from her. Chicken seemed to have been cooked too long or maybe recooked based on the breading but the chicken meat wasn't affected. Sweet tea wasnt sweet enough to be called sweet. Food came out pretty quick and the lobby appeared to be very clean and orderly. Not bad overall really
