Last Sunday, 6/22/2025 my husband and I went to the VaBeach location. Hubby ordered the pot pie ( the Sunday special), ten minutes later he was told that it would be a long wait for more to be made. He ordered a salad. I ordered the meatloaf, when it arrived it was terribly overcooked and dried out and so were the mashed potatoes. I sent it back and the replacement meal was no better. Country cooking at a reasonable price. However, on my most recent visit (Friday night) I was disappointed in the service received. We arrived at about 6:30pm and were immediately asked if we were ready to order. We had not even seen the menu yet.
We finally each ordered the classic sampler dinner. My wife also ordered a side salad and a cup of hot tea with milk.
