Experience was not great. Communication ordering was not there. Then after a clear order of a specific blizzard ADD mint flavoring, received no blizzard. So we sat and waited until they wished to address the problem and the young lady inside acted amazed after we stated “we’re still sitting here waiting for our blizzard with mint added” as if she had already made it (which she hadn’t) then we just wanted out of the parking lot, tried the blizzard and what do you know? No mint. But hey at least the employees were all having a good time drinking from their blizzard cups, I’m sure they took time to make their orders correct.

Sizes keep shrinking prices keep inflating and hot fudge in peanut buster parfait keeps getting less and less and comes out cold. Hot fudge in ice-cream should be melting the ice-cream like it used to.

My mom and I went here today and ordered medium soft serve ice creams. Hers was slightly bigger than mine, but in no way were either of them the correct size for a medium DQ ice cream. (See attached picture. I took one lick of the top before I took the photo). Additionally, the consistency of the ice cream was icey and not DQ's usual. Would not recommend coming here and we love DQ.
They wouldn’t take my DQ gift card. Said it didn’t work. I called DQ customer service after and the card was fine and had appropriate money on it. My blizzard was melting and the guy didn’t turn it upside down as it would have made a mess. But they sure didn’t make another one. Terrible place

Got a choco brownie blizzard and wasn't handed it upside down. I tried to ask about their promise (if they don't flip the next ones free) but they said since I didn't ask right away I couldn't get a free coupon. How could I have told them when they just shut the window immediately after handing it off. I don't understand this lack of customer service. It's not like the coupon hurts them. In fact, it's beneficial because instead of going once every year or so I'd come back sooner and probably bring friends who'd be customers. Never again. I can get better ice cream and service elsewhere.
