I live in Richmond but when in Virginia beach and I want Puerto Rican food, this is my spot. Food, service and ambiance is first rate. Friendly staff in a welcoming environment.

Recommended to me for some good mofongo and it didn't disappoint. Also ordered the octopus ceviche which was okay... basically octopus pieces drenched in Italian dressing with 6 tostones. Still good but not like the ceviche I've had before. Mofongo was plated well. Never seen that before. And portion size was huge! Service was excellent and very friendly! Surrounded by PR vibes from the decor to music! Definitely recommend.

The staff is amazing! Zero complaints about them. The food though...the rice tastes like it is out of the box. The mofongo tastes like they just soaked it in chicken broth. I don't want this business to go under but please get some flavor. The price and the quality of food are not matching.

Food was absolutely amazing. Service was even better., but the price. Overly expensive. For one alcapurria $5 that’s a little insane. One relleno de papa $4 like I’m the one who goes for the frituras, and was mind blown at the prices. The entree prices were reasonable for the most part but the finger food was way over priced.

Great experience, awesome latino atmosphere and the food-wow! Delicious. The rice was a little dry compared to other puerto Rican cuisine, but the pernil was beyond delicious in flavor & presentation of the dish, inviting me to taste it right there. If you're close to the Virginia Beach area, this is a must stop.

Literally doing this review in the restaurant because I didn’t want to forget to tell everyone how amazing the food was! HUGE shoutout to our server Mia for recommending the yummiest food! We got the chicken stew mofungo, tostones, chicken and cheese empanadas, and topped it all off with a delicious piece of tres leches cake… just WOW!
