I know nothing about street tacos but today I got a street taco and a fish taco. So disappointed in both. There was hardly anything on the street taco and the fish taco was not what I expected. Both of the flour shells were wet. What a letdown because I live down the street and love tacos But I won’t be going back. Sad

We were disappointed. I wasn't expecting gourmet but I mean this wasn't good at all. My husband said the burger reminded him of Flanders frozen burgers. And the tacos sure sub par. The street taco had promise but still failed. The crunchy taco wasn't as good as taco bell. I'm sorry if that offends anyone. This place wasn't worth it for us. Maybe we'll try again another time.

First time at a Del Taco. Honestly, food was ok but a little cold. Service was fine considering the amount of customers. The location is nice, a lot bigger that it looks.

Was excited for this place but so far it's meh. The positives were the incredibly friendly staff that worked efficiently through a ton of orders. Place was very clean. However the food just wasn't great. Burrito was cold, soda machine was out of a lot of stuff, and fries got soggy fast

Ordered In person opening day with no sour cream and had them remake it. Ordered through instacart tonight with no sour cream and got refunded from instacart. So I ordered AGAIN with a special note in the note section stating that I can not eat sour cream… HAD SOUR CREAM IN IT! got refunded again. I’m at a loss with this location and will only drive to the Chesapeake location from now on. I recommend anyone with dietary restrictions, allergies or any health conditions TO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION. They do not read the order when making the food and could send you to the hospital. Huge liability.

Food is fresh, but they will keep forgetting to put items on food u pay for, like sour cream, jalapenos etc....I went 2btimes already and asked for mild sauce and they keep getting me hot smh....Not coming here anymore smh

I had to wait 20 mins in the drive thru, but the line was long. I got the Del Taco combo and the 2 for 7 burrito deal. Great food and very filling. I had leftovers for a second meal later.
The Food and Service were Terrible! Came here for Lunch, and waited for 20 minutes before getting our Food!
The people working in the Front were more concerned with the Take-out and Drive-Thru Orders than the Dine-In Orders!
We finally get our Food, and it was too Greasy, Oily, and Tasteless! The 'Chicken' Quesadilla had way too much Cheese which made it Greasy and Oily, but no Flavor at all! The 'Beef' had too much Cheese as well, barely any 'Beef' as well, and no Flavor as well!
The inside was very Hot in there which made it Uncomfortable in there to Eat! They need Window Shades in there to make it more Comfortable in there!
But with the way everything was in there, we won't be coming back in here anymore!

The crinkle fries were cold and dry when I got them last order so I didn’t bother this time, should’ve listened to the reviews. I’ve picked up my mobile order 4 times in the drive thru since there was a line inside and an empty drive thru every time. I got told to go inside this time, and wait in line for my food that was already done and sitting on the counter. Another 10 minutes before I could get to the counter and ask someone for my order when I could’ve just gotten it handed to me through the window. Best part: The girl who told me to come inside who was at the drive thru window, STANDING AROUND DOING NOTHING! The entire 10-15 minutes I was in the lobby waiting behind the multiple people who were ordering at the kiosk. Order ready at 6:10, maybe even 6:15 to be safe. I got it at 6:30. I get it if there are multiple cars in the drive thru, multiple mobile orders, but mine was the only one sitting in a bag packaged. No cars came through either in the drive thru while I was there and even now as I write this in the parking lot! lol. The only helpful one was the young lady at the counter restocking cups, she went and got it for me immediately and was nice.

The restaurant location is new, so maybe things will improve, but so far it's been pretty meh. I took off one star because out of four visits I've gotten the correct sauce once, and I took off another star because they don't participate and nationwide Del Taco promotions like Taco Tuesday. Also the door is right near the drive-thru window, with pedestrians exiting the building directly into the path of people leaving the window around a blind corner, which as a new building is a terrible design decision.
The food is pretty good though, all things considered.
