I give the place 5 stars because it is a nice place , but I’m disappointed by one of the staff members! I live three hours away and have visited three times. I decided to bring my friends along, but one of the employees treated us with such arrogance; we asked if we could eat there even though we had already ordered takeout, and she just shrugged, made a face, and didn't give us a yes or a no.
The store is beautiful and they have a very wide variety of ice creams. But avoid the chocolate covered bananas. There is no detectable chocolate in the coating. It’s some kind of waxy brown substance with sugar. The kind of thing you find on the cheapest Halloween candy. Given the wide variety of delicious apparently Housemade ice cream, they are doing themselves a disservice by not using high-quality chocolate. What’s another 50 or 75 cents? Do it right!
