“This is the best empanada I've found in Hampton Roads. Crispy exterior and savory interior. I will be coming back! There are a few window seats inside but it's a little cramped. That's not a negative, just info to use to plan ahead especially if it is busy or you have a group. Staff were friendly and the service was quick. Thanks!“
