Attention food lovers in EC, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, if you have not been to this incredible restaurant you do not know what you are missing. El Borincano Restaurant is a tiny little restaurant that you have to go to. Not fancy at all but who cares when you find a place like this.
Puerto Rican cuisine that is true and authentic.
