Firehouse Subs Indian River

I requested that my sandwich be remade after omitting an ingredient from my sandwich. The manager told me that there was nothing she could do and she was very rude. This store is close by my house but I doubt if I’ll be going there again.

The staff was so kind. I bought a child’s meal for my son. It was made very quickly and he’s never eaten his food so fast. It looked delicious. I also bought a drink for myself. I immediately spilled it all over the floor. The two gentlemen working quickly cleaned it up and never made me feel like I had inconvenienced them. It was a pleasant experience. I’m glad we stopped in.

Ordered almost $100 in subs through grub hub yesterday and found hair in the loaded potato soup. If I were well enough to leave my home I have returned the food. We will no longer be ordering from this location.

Please fix your app. Tell whoever you need to to fix the issue. What app accepts orders when a restaurant is closed and then on top of that I gotta wait 24-48 hours to get message back from a representative?? I know this ain't directly on this store but seriously. NO OTHER RESTAURANT APP ACCEPTS ORDERS/TAKES YOUR MONEY WHEN THEY ARENT OPEN.

I just want share the pleasant experience I just had at FH. The restaurant was nice clean & service was fast. Also, I was having a hard time with the Mobile App & the manager (Joe) not only helped me, but had a cheerful attitude. What a welcomed change in what is suppose to be call customer service nowadays. Thx Joe & keep up the good work!

ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING WILL NOT BE RETURNING! My husband got the smokehouse brisket and I got the New York steamer both mediums. THERE
WAS BARELY ANY MEAT and SOGGY FROM ALL THE MAYO. 🤮🤮🤮🤮 we paid $23 not worth it even with inflation prices. We normally go to Jersey Mike's but wanted to try something new. We'll continue to eat at Jersey Mike's where the meat is piled high.

Food was good, no greeting on entry, I had to tell them why I was there, they were a little rude, they forgot some things, had to go back in, luckily I checked before I left.
