Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Food was bland, fries unseasoned, me and my mom both have stomachaches and are probably food poisoned. meat and bacon were soft and tasteless, no mustard on my single bacon, though i asked. my mom didn't get her mayonnaise. I don't think there was any season, though the custard was fine.
I have only had bad experiences at every Freddy's recently. As a former employee, what happened?

I ordered a burger with lettuce tomato and Mayo pickles and onions to go.
I received order and left. When I got to my location I opened burger and it was HEAVILY OVER COATED WITH MUSTARD UN EATABLE FOR ME. I CALLED and spoke to Maurice which seemed to care and said he will refund my order As if right now this has not been done. I called 2nd time and he said he’ll get back to me. DO NOT GO THERE AS THE MANAGER DOES NOT CARE.
The employees working that day were having a good time amongst themselves hence the wrong order for me. My receipt said Mayo but they choose mustard.
I was not in the area to go back. VERY DISAPPOINTED

This was my first time at Freddy's my best friend and her husband brought me there was there two children and we ate dinner which was cheeseburgers and fries and we have ice cream and everything was really good I will definitely be coming back just wish you all had some coupons to give us her something

The burgers are amazing and have great flavor. I also love the cheese curds they are great. The only hard put with them is deciding if I want to dip them in ranch or the fry sauce. And let's not forget the shakes, malts, and other ice cream treats. They are so good.

I had never been to a Freddy's before! The restaurant was incredibly clean and the staff were the sweetest, even when it came down to explaining and describing things to us who had never been there before.
