The Fresh squeezed OJ was delish but the muffins and croissants were stale. Unfortunate as we were really looking forward to a delish breakfast.

I asked for extra hot cappuccino but when it was first served its just warmed. They redo it but with attitude look I guess she's the owner. Second, I have two different caupon that they usually stamped everytime you purchased but the lady who's looks like the owner refused and told me that she cannot combined the stamp even though the cashier told me before that they can do combined it die to the last time I forgot my loyalty card. Very bad customer service overall and will not come back thought there cakes and pastries and coffee are not that good it’s just I wanna hang out and chill after work.

Fresh bakery items and a nice selection. They also have lunch and breakfast items. I ordered the bombolini and a chocolate pretzel. Both items are worth a trip back to this bakery.

Best bakery in Virginia Beach. And it is European!!!! I can be there for hours,working, reading, talking great place.

It’s an actual shame this place isn’t more popular. It has an exceptional variety of pastries, baked goods and dishes. As well as specialty coffees.

Katherine took our order of pastries & coffee. She handed me our pastries, & instead of giving me my coffee I ordered, she took another guests order,& completed their order, bagged it up, sent them out the door while we waited for our coffee to enjoy w/ our pastries! Our full order should’ve been given to us before starting another order. The pecan danish was delicious & had caramel in it, the cream Bretzel & Apple Tart was tasty also. The Tulipas was baked too hard & was dry.

The food is great quality and tastes good but not the best costumer service . They got me wrong 2 time my order and at the end I have to remind them about my food!
I think they should hire more help because on the weekend they are very busy

Kiss the chef! Turkey, bacon, Swiss with cranberry! Perfect, balanced, amazing. The limoncello was sooo good.

Good food but staff and service sucked. The 2 ladies infront did not smile at all and we felt we were not welcome. Our 1st time here and my daughter was raving about the croissants but disappointed with the service. She said she may not come back. I checked the reviews and I saw the same complaints.

I always have a good experience here. Never disappoints. Coffee strong and hot, pastry choices varied and delicious, breakfast and lunch choices tasty and fresh. I come here every time I'm in VB (from California).

Most definitely give it a try! The coffee is fantastic! The food is fresh and beautifully made! The chef and barista is incredibly talented. Highly recommend if you enjoy coffee coffee!

The best pistachio cake and cortadito! All pastry is imported from Spain! Good service too, lovely cafe over all.
