Graze is consistently amazing! Their whole menu is thoughtfully created with good ingredients. The sunrise egg sandwich is my top pick along with the cacao smoothie. Peaceful seating where you can sit on the enclosed porch overlooking the ocean or outside.

Came here for the first time the other day for lunch and I will definitely be returning! There was so many great menu and drink options—something for everyone! The food was so delicious, tasted so fresh, and the atmosphere was so friendly and cozy. 10/10 ✅

Hidden gem in Virginia Beach - excellent lunch and a fantastic venue too. Located in a historical building on a hill overlooking the Atlantic. Pictured are the Tico Bowl and the Local's Favorite (tuna salad) sandwich, plus a slice of Key Lime pie. Not too busy on a Saturday between noon and 1p. Will definitely return!

Can't say enough about the food here. Very fresh ingredients and just delicious!! We had the BLT and the Melt My Heart grilled cheese, the tomato/red pepper soup and the blue cheese salad. All were excellent! Cozy places to sit and the staff are very friendly. Also have wine and other drinks available.

I go to the Graze to relax and renew at the ARE. The food, deliciously healthy, aligns with my intention to heal, relax and renew. Situated with the view of the ocean and labyrinth, you couldn’t ask for more. As a vegan, there is always an alternative. Yesterday I had a vegan smoothie packed with kale, mango, ginger, cinnamon and almond milk, to name a few of the ingredients!

Graze did a phenomenal job catering our wedding. We cannot thank Shelley and her staff enough. The food was outstanding. Once we tried her food at the tasting we knew we had to have them for our wedding and Shelley is one of the most genuinely kind people you'll ever meet. We have gotten so many compliments towards them ever since. Courtney was awesome to work with in helping plan the details. Shelley and her team during our reception could not have been more attentive, truly outstanding!!

Whenever we visit my husband's mother in Virginia, we make it a point to eat at Graze Kitchen and we always order the North Shore Smoothie with our meals. This is my kind of food. Came to Graze after a walk at First Landing and had a nice lunch! I wasn’t expecting the restaurant to be in a building like it was but once we figured out where to go, we were set! The food was exactly what I wanted - bowls, soups, sandwiches, and salads with a great combo option! I would love to try one of their desserts next time. The porch had a nice view of the ocean which was a great touch.

Graze is our favorite lunch / brunch spot in Virginia Beach. We love the location, because we can walk / bike to eat a delicious and healthy lunch. The daily soup and lunch specials are by far the best option and are well created and unique! On a busy day, I love ordering one of their two dinners to go. The dinners are amazing and so much food. My favorite part is they deliver it straight to my house. What is not to love! Shelley and her team are amazing, so go enjoy Graze!
