We gave y'all a shot while having a cider at Sly Clyde's. You guys automatically added a set tip when ordering thru app, which I'm not overly fond of. It wasn't busy, but it still took almost 40 minutes to get our 3 shrimp poboys. After taking so long one would assume that everything would be made hot and fresh, but 2 of our sandwiches were cold and one was warm.
