Amazing food and service! 10/10 would recommend 🩷💕
Stopped in today because I haven’t had authentic Cuban cuisine in a while. Rick was very helpful with recommendations and extremely friendly. You can tell he is excited to run the restaurant and has lots of new ideas coming our way. He let me try the Cafecito Cubano and it tasted so good. I got the yucca bites which were so cheesy and savory and I also got the avocado pollo Cuban. The Sammy came with thick cut fries & the yucca came with the most amazing dipping sauce. 10/10...read full review
Ate at the food truck, the woman working the window was probably one of the most pleasant and upbeat people I’ve ever met. Extremely friendly, very efficient, a lovely person. I had the Jerk Chicken Sandwich and it was delicious. Lots of flavor and spice without being spicy. 10/10 would recommend!

Miami Fusion Cuban Bakery & Bistro is a great place with a high energy vibe and very friendly staff, including the owner who is a chef. The menu is large and filled with authentic Cuban cuisine. The food is very favorable, amazing, and SOOOO GOOD. Specific praised items include the amazing steak arepa, the best Cuban sandwich made with fresh homemade bread, yummy beef empanadas, the best black beans and rice, a huge breakfast burrito, great croquetas sandwich, and the best Cuban Colada coffee and Cuban shot. They also have specials like the lechon on Saturdays. The pan sobao is made in house, and the flan is great. Most reviews are overwhelmingly positive, with one note that a ham croqueta was overcooked. Guests strongly recommend this place and look forward to every visit.
