We visited the location around lunch time. We will help with Michelle the cashier. She had great customer service, she made us feel very welcome and very comfortable. When the food was ready she brought it to us with a smile. That had never happened at any Hardee's. She even checked back on us. Wow what a great employee
Staff is friendly and responsive. Food takes a little bit to prepare, but always fresh. One of the better Hardees in the area. Store seems new and clean. Has two drive through lanes.
Why have two drive thru lanes? I went to lanes number two but for the past three weekends they have asked me to drive around to lane one. After doing that, I was asked to pull up to the lane two window. I was trying to be in lane two to begin with. Im not sure why I'm asked to drive around the store extra times as well as trying to get from window 1 to window 2 having to reverse. Just to wait 15 more seconds. I get trying to fake the numbers of drive thru timers, but it takes...
