First, the customer service here does not exist. Like, it’s bad here. Business was slow and was really rude. The young man threw my food in a bag and just handed it to me. Started to eat and it was cold food. Won’t come here ever again.

Very slow service and you can tell the people here hate there jobs. It shows in the customer service
I walked into this place with my wife. My wife and I said good morning. The two ladies standing there didn’t even acknowledge the fact that we were standing there. One of them proceeded to get her self a drink . My wife and I looked at each other in disbelief and we walked out. The front people looked so miserable, like wow!! Did this really just happen? I would give it 0 stars but the lowest is a 1. So I will not be going back to this place. On top of that both registers said closed on them! Customer Service is the key to any business success. Hardee’s needs to do better and implement a better hiring process.

From my order to getting my food it was 30 minutes in the drive thru. They were rude, never acknowledged it was taking forever. The food ended up tasting like burnt oil, the biscuits were really small, hash browns were a soppy mess. Awful.
