I haven't visited a Hardee's in a while. The service was great but my chicken biscuit was not. It didn't have any flavor at all. I can not say all of their biscuits are flavorless, I just know that particular biscuit that day didn't have any flavor to me.

Oh please, 2nd trip, cold fries, cold burger. Place not busy at all. Make me pull up and wait and then bring cold old fries!! The burger wasn't even hot. The only thing is the young guy at the drive thru both times very nice. I'll just keep going to the one at Hilltop/Great Neck. Food is hot over there.

The store was okay. The tables needed cleaning. It wasn't crowded so no excuse for not wiping the tables for the next customers at lunch time. There was no line which was nice. We ordered the mushroom burger. It was too salty. Not sure if that is how it is suppose to be. The fries at Hardee's are the best. I'd go back just for the fries. The employees were ALL nice. There was plenty of parking and wheelchair accessibility.

philipino woman/ manager is very rude, demanding and brushes off customers wants and concerns, every biscuit i receive is always under cooked. i request specific pieces of chicken she always refuses and acts like it comes out of her paycheck personally, but any time i come and she is NOT there im allowed to choose my pieces, as someone who comes to Hardee’s every morning for breakfast and very often for dinner, it has made me want to stop using Hardee’s and choose one of your competitors moving forward due to the unwelcoming atmosphere, hostility and the inability to comprehend simple requests! ps this is the only hardees location that does this which is why i take a extra 15 minute drive to go to the virginia beach location who does it right, every time no questions asked. very cheap, cant afford to give me an extra thigh when thats a cheaper piece anyways 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Ordered from them took 20 mins for the food lady was rushing me Ordered the sausage and gravy biscuit and the lid wasn’t even on and ordered a sausage biscuit and they put a hamburger bun on it.
