Ordered a super sausage combo for the FRIED EGG because great combo. Get my sandwich 2nd time in a week with folded egg. This time I take it back to get the proper egg. To be told hardees no longer sells the fried egg. Either blatant lie or yall need to update your menu both online and in store. This is ridiculous. At least the hash rounds well on point

Disgusting, horrible quality, never once have I come here and gotten anything fresh or appetizing. Just burn it to the ground and rebuild as something worthwhile.

I went through the drive-through for two of the $5.99 bags. I had the double cheeseburger and wrap as my choices. The spicy chicken wrap was excellent. My double cheeseburger was not good because the bun was dried out and not soft at all. The service at the drive-through was good. That and the cost was why I gave it a 3 star, but it was tough to give it 3 stars. Improve the burger buns you give your customers, if you want a better rating.

I stopped going here bc the food had been so bad. I decided to stop today and they continue to have the same issue. Food is not fresh. Wrapped in a greasy wrapper. If the wrapper is full of grease you know the biscuit is old. The Filipino lady on drive through is so pleasant. She deserves a better team to work with and for. Today the dude at the register barely said the cost. No greeting. No thank you.
