I stopped going here bc the food had been so bad. I decided to stop today and they continue to have the same issue. Food is not fresh. Wrapped in a greasy wrapper. If the wrapper is full of grease you know the biscuit is old. The Filipino lady on drive through is so pleasant. She deserves a better team to work with and for. Today the dude at the register barely said the cost. No greeting. No thank you.

There was no one at the front. It wasn't busy at all.The manager was on her cell, peeking through an opening at us from the back . She asked the other girl where was Jasmine? She never spoke to us. Jasmine was in her car, talking on her cell too. You may as well shut this location..The tables were all dirty too. It's really gone down in the past year.

I just left this Hardee’s, there where two young ladies at the counter talking to a older guy wheeling and dealing, they gave him all the chicken they had left two sides and a Tea for 20 dollars.. when I ordered a three piece snack I was told it would be 15 to 20 minutes for some chicken. What is going on here..

I ordered two Frisco Burgers with Candied Bacon ( Rolls were burned to the point we couldn't eat them) fries ( soggy) and two milkshakes, thin like water.

Customer service at the drive thru at this location is not good, they take your card and hand you your food and card back all without a word. There has been an occasional employee that was friendly and spoke but the majority say nothing at all. Where is the training to be friendly with the drive thru customers? Management needs to train their drive thru people to acknowledge the customers at the window. It's terribly rude to not speak when taking payment and passing food to the customer, it's disrespectful to the people that keep you in business. At this location no speaking is the norm, sadly. Food is always good though or I wouldn't keep going back.
In the past this was a great location, not anymore. There was a manager here that may or may not be there anymore who was top notch. Last 2 times without her there it has been mediocre at best and this time the wife and I both bit into very undercooked if cooked at all, very cold burgers. You could taste the raw meat. Wife was nauseous all night and the next day. After pulling it apart and looking at it, there is no way whomever is putting the burgers together this would not have been noticed. Unfortunately all the employees inside looked like they could care less about anything. They all looked miserable. Was not even greeted at the window just a hand thrust out. After I said thank you, there was no response. Be careful when getting food here unless they drastically improve. Will never visit again. It has been proven with the right manager this place flowed well but I havnt seen the one who used to be here for a while. Very unfortunate.

Absolutely the worst Hardee’s in the area go to the other one on holland my biscuits fell apart like they were a day old and one had a bundle of hair and lint inside my folded egg that I didn’t get to take a picture of, but the other pictures speak for themselves plus my cinnamon raisin biscuit’s were completely burnt on the bottom for some reason at 7 o’clock in the morning, and my wife’s candied bacon biscuit the bacon was completely burnt and old. Look at the pics lol STAY AWAY i might actually not go to Hardee’s ever again because of my experience at this location .

For the amount of customers they have, you would think the food would be better. It's a steady flow of people. My food order was horrible. How do you serve a hard as a rock biscuit to someone? My biscuit was hard and nasty. I thought the food would be better being that I had to pull up and wait for it. I had to wait for the cinnamon raisin biscuits. Thought they would be good but no, not much Icing and not as good as they used to be. Just as dry!!!! If I could rate the whole experience lower than 1 today, I would. It would be negative.
