Always a great experience at Heirloom. We like to go before 5 pm to take advantage of the Happy Hour specials. Food is consistently good and fresh. The visit I had the fried chicken with pimento mac and cheese and sauteed yellow and zucchini squash. The fried chicken and squash were out of this world delicious. The mac n cheese was average - it lacked the gooey cheesiness that I like in my mac n cheese. Great wine and cocktail selection, and delightful desserts.

We have been here several times, but this time we were a little disappointed. The She Crab soup was a little too salty and the whole fried fish lacked taste and was a little smaller that previous times while at the same cost. It also seemed overly loud where we really could not hold a conversation. Heirloom was previously our go to place for special occasion dinners, but we will look to different places in the near future.

We've celebrated many special occasions at Heirloom, and our recent Friday visit for my wife's birthday was no exception. The food and service continue to impress—every dish was beautifully prepared, and the staff's attentiveness stood out. I especially appreciate that any server will step in to assist if a guest looks like they need help, regardless of whose table it is. That kind of teamwork makes a difference. One caveat: the 3% surcharge for credit card payments felt unnecessary, especially given the already premium pricing. Our total for three adults (no alcohol) came to about $336, which seems in line with the ambiance and quality, but that extra fee left a sour note on an otherwise lovely evening.

Had 6:00 PM reservation to celebrate our Anniversary. Seated right on time so no complaints there even though restaurant was very busy. (Probably a lot of people taking advantage of 4:00 to 5:30 Early Bird menu). Wife's mixed drink took a long time to get and server had to be reminded to check on it. Wife ordered the crab cake and was very pleased with her choice...said it contained a lot of crab and not a lot of filler. I ordered the steak medium-rare which unfortunately came out medium-well and actually closer to well...ruined a nice piece of meat.... This being said they offered to make me another one (which I said wasn't necessary) and didn't charge me for the over-cooked steak and also provided a free desert. That's a great business practice! Would we return...probably... Possibly during Early Bird hours or if in the evening I would probably order the Duck or Pork Chop that I considered doing.

Amazing ambiance, absolutely delicious food awesome service. The only turn off is the extra 3% charge for paying by card. This is because if your meal is over 300, the bill quickly add up if you are a good tipper and want to show appreciation for the service. The attention to detail was incredible, including printing the name of the birthday celebrant on the menu.

My husband and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary last night having dinner at our very favorite restaurant, Heirloom. Our waitress was amazing and our dinner selections were wonderful. Everything was truly perfect for our special evening.
