Always a great time at the hunt room. Drinks are great with plenty of options. Menu is unique and offers good choices. Food prep was spot on. Went for our anniversary and definitely would return. The server wished us a happy anniversary without being promoted and even wrote that on our desert plate when served. Made the evening special.
The Oyster and Brunswick stews were exceptional. Duck was not great - leg was dry and overall not tasty. Venison was just okay. Service was very good - knowledgeable and friendly server.
Overall good experience. Wish the A/C was set colder. We chose to leave and get dessert somewhere else due it being hot. There were also a lot of flies in the dinning room, but the waitress acknowledged it before we even mentioned it and offered to move us. She said they were trying to clear them out. Food was good. Service was good. I'd go back.
