“I guess it’s privately owned? The sign on the door said something to that effect. There was a man at the host stand when we arrived but not when we left. He literally sat us as close to the door as possible. Less steps for him to take? Then he disappeared. We did have to wait for a server to be available for 5 minutes before we could check out at the end. Seemed there were only two servers when while it was a bit busy. The food was delicious! Our server was kind and was doing her best. We appreciated and understood the circumstances. I didn’t see a manager but I assume he or she was acting as expo in the back to help out the servers or on the line helping cooks. The place seemed quite clean! We will be back, though.
I think what surprised us the most was how spacious the middle of the restaurant was. I would rearrange it differently so that the corner by the door was not as crowded and maybe add two booths to end that ran through so that you could easily have bigger families in a booth and they could trap the kids in the middle. But hey, I’m not the owner.
Kid-friendliness: Absolutely kid friendly. They have milk, chocolate milk, also cranberry, orange, or apple juice. The kid menu is easy to “read” for toddlers to choose as well.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easily able to pull a chair from a table to make room for a wheelchair, stroller, high chair… it was absolutely roomy.“
“Came in between lunch and dinner. I have never seen this location look so clean and orderly. We were greeted and taken care of by Gillian. She was the best server! Made sure everything was great. Food was great. Very happy we stopped here. ❤️“

“First and foremost, it’s IHOP set your expectations
, and then check them especially if you get Shiny. She was a goddess wrapped in customer service. It seemed like there wasn’t a section for us to sit in and instead of turning us away she sat us in a section that was “maybe closed off”” and took excellent care of use while running front of house, we didn’t wait for anything, or have to ask for refills, or even second guess our service. If immaculate perfection was a thing she did it. As someone who keeps an erroneous list of service workers we prefer she has been bumped to the top. IHOP already is a homely environment, but she made it feel like home. 10/10 would recommend the shiny exp. Of you can’t get her then I hope your exp is at least 1/10 of her service, if not ask for her best night ever.“
