First and foremost, it’s IHOP set your expectations , and then check them especially if you get Shiny. She was a goddess wrapped in customer service. It seemed like there wasn’t a section for us to sit in and instead of turning us away she sat us in a section that was “maybe closed off”” and took excellent care of use while running front of house, we didn’t wait for anything, or have to ask for refills, or even second guess our service. If immaculate perfection was a thing she did it. As someone who keeps an erroneous list of service workers we prefer she has been bumped to the top. IHOP already is a homely environment, but she made it feel like home. 10/10 would recommend the shiny exp. Of you can’t get her then I hope your exp is at least 1/10 of her service, if not ask for her best night ever.

I had stopped going for a few years and started back three years ago after Daughter got ill , she had to learn how to eat again in IHOP God blessed us so much, with kind waitresses and managers Helpful.we always invite guests to join us at IHOP,you have been a blessing to my family and friends.I asked her where she wants to celebrate her birthday Aug 3rd.She said at IHOP. We stopped here when we want breakfast dinner when we are visiting Va Beach. It's always clean and staff is friendly. They have specials each day of the week. Monday is 50% with military ID. DEFINITELY good food as you'd expect from an iHop.

Visiting home, we decided on Ihop after the other establishments had long waits. Good decision. Our latest 3 different time experiences from Ihop in Pooler have been very poor. However, this one didn't disappoint. No, wait. Our waiter: Mike was great. The food was good. Had a small complaint with the 🥞 and that was resolved w/o issue. I have to remember to use my pancoins before they expire again.

Beginning based sausage cooked in freeze or butter so much it was uneatable. Granddaughter got some kind of fruity drink syrupy then got an iced latte. Both so sweet and unsinkable. Biskets and gravy pretty much tasteless. Place is too loud to hold a conversation.

Update - They added Beyond to the menu. Crispy fries and grits. The hostess was amazing. Our server was very nice. Previous: Great service. Not much for a vegan to eat.
