We were seated immediately. Our waitress was very attentive to our needs. The coffee was wonderful. I got a bacon,cheese, avocado burger without the bun and sliced tomatoes vs fries. Some of the booth seat cushions need replacing. The meal more than met my expectations. This is my favorite IHOP in the area.

It seemed like there wasn’t a section for us to sit in and instead of turning us away she sat us in a section that was “maybe closed off”” and took excellent care of use while running front of house, we didn’t wait for anything, or have to ask for refills, or even second guess our service.
