Literally one of the most raggedy sandwich shops I’ve ever been to. There was lettuce and bread/bread crumbs everywhere, worker sneezed w/o covering his mouth, signage was torn or the lightbulbs were burnt out. Lastly and most sadly: my sandwich ingredients were all wrapped up in a piece of paper. I think only the meat made it on the the actual bread… this was my first and last time going to a Jersey Mike’s.*update- they gave me steak instead of chicken on a chicken sub without telling me*

Always out of rosemary parm bread.. how is that? Even at 3 in afternoon when I was there. Not exceptable.. someone needs to manage better

I usually go to the one in Hampton, VA. I decided to go to the one on First Colonial in Va. Beach. While the customer service was good, they did not have the Rosemary Bread. I was told it would cost me more to buy two 2 inch rosemary bread than to purchase one 7 inch of the same sandwich.

Awful experience at this Jersey Mike’s this is my second time at this location and the last! First off the atmosphere is just weird I walked in and I was stared at like I had 12 heads asked for my mobile order and the ladies working there was hesitant to give it to me weird!! When I arrived home opened my order the sandwich was made so sloppy so unappetizing this place is real weird that’s the only word I can think of and I won’t be returning! The customer service is awfulNo greeting nothing

I ordered sandwiches to go with Brunswick Stew for a Christmas party and they were delicious. I used the app on-line and it gave me the ability to tailor the sandwiches to exactly what I needed, and the app was so easy to use. The sandwiches were delivered on time and a great time was had by all. Thank you so much.
They hardly give u any tuna. Mostly bread. Big rip off.

If you do open kitchen, it should be clean so customers can trust you. I could understand if it was so crowded. Kitchen was not so clean, staff not even smiles, design was okay. The sandwiches are good. Their ingredients are really fresh and tasty but please cleaning a little more. I will stop by later to see the updates. Good food, dirty kitchen. It will be better I hope.

It's my 1st time to try Jersey Mike's subs.It was worth the wait!.I ordered the Big Kahuna.I was in heaven!..So good!Also the customer good service.I can't wait to go back.It is unfortunate that where I'm from we don't have a Jersey Mikes subs location.So I can't wait for my next trip.

Extremely disappointing. We ordered 2 giant club subs. $16.95 ea. Where's the meat? Seriously, their subs use to be worth the money. They went way up on the price and pulled way back on the meat. Guess we'll be looking for a new sub shop.
