I’m from Louisiana and I order here for the first time a month ago, my sandwich was made so great. I’ve been coming back. I happen to try the same sandwich in another location and they didn’t make it as good to much of something and not as much meat very sloppy. Today I placed another order and it was a small mistake. The manger went above and beyond to fix it I am overly pleased by the customer service. The sandwich always taste consistent I swear...
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I had the best first experience here, ever! I cannot make this up. I’ve never been to Jersey Mike’s before this, and so the gentleman asked me what I would typically get, and they made it for me perfectly, quickly, friendly, and when I didn’t want my fountain drink he told me that I can get a bottled drink. I was shocked by how amazing and quick this experience was. I will definitely be back!
A phenomenal experience, walking it on freshly toasted bread and freshly made bacon. It was definitely a dream team tonight. From leaving a jersey Mike’s that refused to cater to my choice of sandwich style only to find another location five minutes away that put the customer first in every way! Thank you for such great customer service.
