We’ve always been a fan of Jessy’s- they’re usually very kid/family friendly, good service, and great food despite rising menu prices. Recent experiences have been more disappointing— giving us “half” baskets of chips (due to them running out) and subsequently charging for a refill; my taco lacking two handmade corn tortillas / giving only one); and not caring to give us additional napkins despite a small mess happening...

Delicious food. Very authentic. From the outside doesnt look much. But honestly delicious.

There was a server there, taller, the shorter server was so sweet. But the taller one, what a negative person, I asked her what burrito she recomended, she replied, none, i dont like burritos. Food was incredible but service from this lady was aweful. Not atentive...

I usually really enjoy coming here, which made last night especially disappointing. We arrived at 7:55 PM, well before their posted 9:00 PM closing time, but it already felt like the staff was shutting everything down. The dining room was essentially closed off, and we were left to push tables together ourselves without any guidance or help.

As the night went on, it became even more uncomfortable. By 8:50, the lights and music were already turned off, making...
