Honestly I love Jimmy John’s. Also worked for Jimmy John’s for about 3/4 years. As a manager at that.
This location really needs to figure it out. Half of the staff weren’t even in uniform but that’s not even the bad part of it. Ordered through drive through as I had children in the car , and proceeded to order food for my child and I. Honestly I enjoyed ordering from jimmy johns. But recently I've noticed that every single time the delivery drive takes 20 to 30 minutes before my order is delivered(after getting the conformation time that it is already out for delivery) That's not unreasonable and I can understand it. What I don't understand is after the initial greeting is always followed up by "I'm sorry it took so long"and some excuse for the reason. This happens every single time.
