Great service awesom food great view

Service was absolutely TERRIBLE!!! We waited well over an hour for an appetizer of chips with salsa, gauc, cheese dip and street corn dip. There was one large family there before us, so it wasn't busy. A couple that came in after us and ordered loaded nachos and got their food before we did. We were about ready to leave when our food finally came out. Waitress also never brought my change back. I got sick of waiting though.

My wife and I just recently, came down to virginia beach and found this place. The whole vibe was absolutely chill.The service and the food was amazing! Billy the bartender made amazing drinks and plays a great guitar set. Dude is literally a one man band. We will definitely be back!

Don’t come here ! Waiting 30 mins at the front for no host . Carleen came to our table after seating our self as we were trying to order drinks with our water because they had slow service and she stated I can see that you guys are 21 I will be at the bar or be back to you. It’s about 6 of us here for a friends birthday. I wanted to order but changed my mind because of her attitude she then took another 30 mins to even come back Ron water and take our order . Tables have had food on them since we been here . Bugs are attracted by the eaten food . Please don’t come here if can help it . My friend had to literally have my friend get us menus and had to get our drinks for us. Pictures shows .. one guy had to stay and wasn’t on the clock serving which I appreciate him he deserve a raise. Tables are uneven and broken .. tables were not clean ..

They are under staffed ! Please send help or hire more people during a La fiesta festival !

Outside by the beach. Awesome staff very fast and friendly. Amazing time.

The food was really good! Very flavorful. I had fish tacos, my daughter had the California burrito. The waitress/bartender had the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Live music was great!

When we arrived there was no staff to be found for approx 5 minutes, there is no signage telling you to seat yourself or wait to be seated. The menu is overpriced with limited drink choices- Pepsi products but no Mt. Dew or sweet tea, no draft beers either. We did enjoy the outdoor seating/atmosphere, it’s right on the boardwalk with good views.

During my party and I’s dining experience a homeless man who was clearly not in his right mind approached our table and began harassing us while we ate on the patio, the bartender, who was the only server at the establishment, attempted to intervene and ask the man to leave after about 5 minutes of us doing the same. The homeless man put his hands on members of our party and another party as if he was friends with us all the while being told to leave. The bartender was spit on by him albeit not intentionally and she left looking for the manager, who was no where to be found. Throughout the rest of our dining experience the manager never attempted to make contact with any of us during or after the ordeal and left us customers to drive away the high homeless individual. On top of that when one of the women in our group who was made uncomfortable by this situation made a negative review about this establishment the manager/owner decided to insult us and downplay the event in a response to that review calling us immature and saying that we were shouting at the man when he truly wouldn’t know what happened cause he wasn’t present. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking to eat comfortably. The outdoor roof leaks when it rains and roof rain water got in several customers food and even after noticing the manager still served that food to the party next to us. It took over an hour after sitting down for us to get our food. The only redeeming quality of this restaurant was the bartender that was basically running the entire restaurant by herself and attempted to intervene in our situation.

This manager is an absolute clown. We were being harassed by a homeless person for during our meal and he would not stop. NOT ONE person from the staff helped us. 4 of my friends had to try to escort this guy from our table.

Then he blames us and calls our group a bunch of kids for standing up for ourselves? I’m a grown man. What a joke. Lmao what kind of establishment doesn’t take care our their customers.

Place is Ayayayaasomeeeee

I am absolutely disgusted by my recent visit here. What should have been a pleasant evening turned into an exercise in frustration and humiliation, thanks to the complete lack of management and care at this establishment.
A homeless individual came up to my table and refused to leave. He hovered over me, made me incredibly uncomfortable, and effectively hijacked my dining experience. It was distressing, invasive, and frankly, ruined any chance of enjoying the food I had paid for.
The most infuriating part? The manager did absolutely nothing.
They watched the entire situation unfold from the sidelines and chose to ignore it. No staff member stepped in to resolve the situation, and when I finally managed to get the man to move along, the manager didn't even have the decency to approach my table, check on my well-being, or offer a simple apology. We called the police.
To ignore a paying customer while they are being harassed is not just poor service; it is a total failure of basic responsibility. This place has zero regard for the safety or comfort of its patrons.
TASTELESS. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about its guests. I will never step foot in this place again.

Just drinks. Pricey. Not special. No follow up from the waiter until we put the credit card on the table.
