Not trying to be a Karen! But these people took like 5 minutes to actually get started on making the drink (only one other person in the store, not busy at all) because they were just having conversation and joking with eachother. Then when they finally got started on making the drink the person was sticking their hands INSIDE THE CUPS? Just why though??? So yeah that is gross and we canceled the order.

Beautiful coffee shop, lots of options and freedom to customize. The bobas are fresh and not hard. Ordered the matcha mellow with brown sugar bobbas, delicious! The shop is clean and the music is a nice balance, not too loud. The staff was very sweet and let us look at the menu and roam around until we were ready. I personally like to see what is on the menu and seeing what to order before going to the counter. Will come back to try more options!

This is our first time here. Slow service for an order of coffee. And the coffee is not even hot. It is room temp.

From the moment I entered, I loved the lovely fragrance and the peaceful vibe. The employees were very helpful, and the coffee was incredibly tasty. I will surely visit again with my family.
Wasn’t impressed. Atmosphere was depressing and the teens behind the counter looked even sadder to be there. Drinks were not worth the price. Better bubble tea spots in the area.

I ordered the Vietnamese coffee and my wife ordered a boba and they both had a soap after-taste! Had to throw it out. Will not be ordering from here again.
