I had a grilled chicken Caesar salad found a small piece of bone I alerted our server who was amazing. I wanted them to know so they could let the supplier know. She came out apologized, my meal was free and I was given a gift card. I was not expecting this. The customer service was outstanding! If you live or visit Virginia Beach you need to go to Keagan’s! You all are amazing!!!!

I used to really like this place but the last couple of times have been disappointing. Quality has really give down considering how much they charge and I've noticed that the portions have gotten smaller as well.

I didn’t eat here but you can access the smoking lounge via a speakeasy style door way hidden in the main restaurant and let me tell you what, go here for drinks/cigars and good times! Highly recommend ending your evening in this eclectically decorated space.
