Drop sat and drive-through for 15 minutes. This is always a super slow KFC. I don’t know why it’s not a lot of people here. It’s always not busy when I drive by to go to Taco Bell Crazy.

It was busy, but Jemel was very courteous and likable! Great customer service from everyone there. The dining area was clean and free of clutter.

Ordered 8 piece chicken tender only got 6. My family meal was suppose to have a large family fry , didn’t receive them. Tried calling store for over an hour and no one answers the phone. This was the first time I ordered delivery and it’s the last time!! I should have known better. I always check my pick up order before leaving store because 95% of the time, some thing is missing. It’s time to find a different kfc.

Literally no one in line but we had to park in a space and wait haha. The kids said "you should leave a review because they are horrible".... so here it is. Chic fil a could have handled 50 people in the same amount of time without having anyone park haha

By far the best KFC I have ever been to lol please keep up to consistency and hard work! The employees put our our order correct every time.
First, I want to start by saying this is the 1st negative review and complaint I’ve filed in 40 years of life.
There is not a time we go here that we aren’t missing an item or 2. Yet again half of my food was missing. I had to spend my time going to the store, only to be told I was lucky and should be grateful that they are giving me my missing food. Then another man comes over claiming to be the GM and says the same thing about how grateful I should be. I then explained that I just wanted what I paid for, didn’t ask for any refund etc. and that this was an ongoing issue. He then proceeded say I shouldn’t go there if they are so terrible. He refused to give his name, his bosses name. Finally basically threw the food at me and slammed the window. I work in fast food as part of a company that owns over 25 Taco Bell’s, Wingstops, etc and not one of our GM’s would behave this rudely and aggressively to a customer. For this to exist the leadership of this private owned KFC is NOT doing there job. I have reached out to corporate, reported this and will take it as far as I can!

We got the new chicken nuggets and they were really good! Not the pressed nuggets you find almost everywhere else but real chicken!
