Once again went thru drive thru how do you order a 3 piece original meal get how and found I had the fries and biscuit no chicken ..... Called the location and no one answered

I like Kentucky Fried Chicken but every time I order takeout they forget something. This time they forgot my biscuits! I didn't have the time to turn around and go all the way back to the store but I buy the chicken family meal specifically to get the biscuits!

The KFC on Fordham Dr. was once a decent spot with good food and reliable service. Unfortunately, recent management changes have led to a steep decline in quality. I ordered two meals using app discounts, but both orders were incorrect, the chicken was dry and tough, and one meal caused severe stomach discomfort. The store doesn’t answer phone calls, which forced me to use the app’s chat for customer service. After nearly 90 minutes navigating the chatbot, I finally reached a live representative to lodge a quality control complaint. I strongly recommend avoiding this KFC until they address customer complaints and overhaul their management and kitchen staff. If you do order and encounter similar issues, be sure to make a formal complaint to push for necessary changes.

Started to take our order, then made us wait 10 minutes. When they took our order, we had to repeat it 5 times, for them to STILL tell us the wrong thing at the speaker, and try charging us for the wrong amount at the window. Then we get an attitude for telling her what our order actually was. 0/10

I have been coming to this KFC for years . The other day I went and ordered my food with no problem in the drive-through window pull into the window and pay for my food. The lady provided me with the drinks and shut the window. A few minutes later and different woman named Amber came and advised me that they didn’t have the parts of the chicken that I ordered ready. She offered to replace it with thigh, but I let her know I didn’t eat dark meat. She then also asked me did I want a bra and I told her no I wanted the wings that originally ordered. She got upset and told me they weren’t available. I would have to wait about 25-30 minutes. I told Amber I didn’t want to wait and ask cause she just gave me a refund since I hadn’t received any food yet. She pointed to assign outside the window and said no we don’t offer refunds plus I offered you a substitute You just didn’t wanna take it and slammed the window in my face. I waited patiently in the car for a few minutes and then I’ll begin beeping my horn to get her attention when she didn’t come back. I told her I had already paid and showed her my receipt and let her know that since I paid I either need my food or a refund. She refused on both and slammed the window again. A few minutes later, she came back and asked me for my card and said she’ll just do a refund.. then she told me she didn’t even know if she could refund my type of card and begin discriminating against me. I told Amber she could’ve certainly tried. Nonetheless, I let her know since I didn’t have either a refund or the food I will be calling the police. When I got someone on the line, they told me it’s a civil matter and I should call corporate and the Better Business Bureau. I called their corporate department and they put in a ticket for me and asked who I was speaking to. I went to get names off of their shirts, and as I was in there, Amber ended up getting very obnoxious and asking was our recording her. While I was leaving out, she came out and began yelling and cursing at me while I was with my children. I put my car in park again and went inside at that time I did begin recording, and she put a big dirty pan in my face. At that point, I noticed how unsanitary the restaurant was. It was completely filthy, and all of their cooking pans and sheets were dirty. She told me she was calling the police because I recorded her and I told her that was fine. I would take a seat and wait for them to arrive. While being seated in the lobby with my two children two gentlemen, that were there the entire time attempted to help. They took my receipt and went up to the counter and asked for a refund and told them this was unfair. How I was being treated.. Amber said since you’re recording me, I’m calling the police too . She called the police and made up a lie/sob story and when the authorities got there, they seen right through it. They told me to do the same thing to contact corporate, make a review but did tell me it’s best for me to leave the restaurant since she doesn’t want me there and she said to only manager on duty. She has no skills to be in management at all. She needs a customer service class and order to be terminated with her behavior. I will be reaching out again to make sure that the appropriate steps are taken to remedy the situation. This wasn’t OK and will never be.. I wouldn’t recommend dining here or anywhere that Amber is in charge of. She’s basically a thief, taking my money and not providing the food. I’m going to the furthest extent to make sure that she knows This is never OK to take from someone, Especially children!
Well here goes my first 1 star review…. Waited over 30 mins in the drive through because the team “forgot” to drop the food. Apparently they ran out of chicken. Unacceptable.

I just spent $40.00 for uncooked cold food. I stopped at your Kempsville location and went thru the drive thru. I purchased the 8 PC family meal. I live not even 3 miles from your location. When I got home I started to prepare the meal for my husband and myself. Let's just say you need to train your staff to prepare chicken properly!! It was wet, cold uncooked chicken..period. I took pictures should you want me to share them. The bottom of the bucket the chicken was in is wet and has brown water in it. Mash potatoes were cold & runny, gravy was watered down...the biscuits were what we ate. I work to hard and cannot afford to throw money away, or spend time in a hospital from food poisoning especially from chicken. What's worse is the staff had to see what they were putting out to the public. I'm done with KFC!!! 😡

I went driving and I ordered a three piece wing and they were so tough. My roommate couldn’t eat them. I also ordered a chicken pot pie. Expected it to be nice and hot. It was nice and cold. It was a piece of crap. I am going to give y’all any kind of bad thing that I can because y’all have fallen two pieces there y’all used to be the best one around but now y’all don’t even write with the McDonald’s Y’all are terrible

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your KFC location. I encountered significant issues that I believe warrant your attention.
During my visit, I experienced considerable delays in receiving my order, which I had placed through the app, only to be informed upon arrival that it was not ready. This situation not only showcased a lack of preparedness but also raised concerns about the professionalism and job knowledge of the staff. After waiting for an extended period, I ultimately requested that I only receive the items that were ready, as I had grown frustrated with the process.
Additionally, I observed that the lobby was decorated with balloons for an employee retirement, which, while a commendable gesture, seemed to divert attention from the primary focus of the establishment—serving customers efficiently and effectively.
Regrettably, this experience has led me to reconsider my future patronage of your establishment. I believe that with improved focus and readiness, KFC can better serve its community and enhance customer satisfaction.

Drop sat and drive-through for 15 minutes. This is always a super slow KFC. I don’t know why it’s not a lot of people here. It’s always not busy when I drive by to go to Taco Bell Crazy.

Rude first thing in the morning
It was busy, but Jemel was very courteous and likable! Great customer service from everyone there. The dining area was clean and free of clutter.
