The owner was awesome. My wife was not a fan of the texture of the Bobo drinks but he suggested a drink for her without telling her what it was. She really loved the drink. I am a huge fan of the bobo drinks. My drink was awesome. Pina Colada with mango topping. Visit this location and you will not be disappointed!!

I saw a young lady prepare a drink in a small blender & pour the drink for the customer. She then proceeded to lick out of the blender cup which I guess is okay. But right afterwards, she only rinsed the blender cup out with water (no dish soap, etc), and put it back on top of the stack to make the next drink.This was done for both drinks that I ordered.That is very unhygienic and unsanitary. This can spread pathogens, germs, and diseases. I'll never patronize them again.

Great and fast service and with a smile. This location is happily ran by two best friends and the quiet and small store is the prefect place to get a nice treat. Nice prices and wide variety of food and boba tea. I highly recommend and can’t wait for my next visit.

Half the time you'll put in an order through the app and when you arrive they tell you they're out of most things. If you're in a hurry don't bother using the app, because you'll have to wait for a replacement. This has happened a number of times and they don't really seem to care.

First time there and will not go back. I asked for a taro Boba tea and the color was as dark as coffee with a bitter taste. Very disappointed.

This place is so convenient and family friendly. The service is extremely quick. Drinks are consistently perfect.
A wide variety of teas and smoothie drinks. My son loves the Thai cream and Cocoa cream teas and I love Oolong tea so the Honey Oolong with 50% sweet was right up my alley. Super friendly staff who took the time to explain several drinks to me. Excellent customer service will have me going back. Military get a discount too which is a plus. Definitely a place to check out in the Haywood area.

This location is so much better than the location off Lynnhaven. It's nice and clean inside and the people who work at this location are far more pleasant than the ones who work at the other location in Lynnhaven. It's tiny inside but it's more of a get your drink and get tf out. The menu is overwhelming but just order something and see if you like it!!! I ordered the strawberry milk slush and it was so good, even better than a strawberries and cream Frappuccino from Starbucks. I also appreciate that it's lactose free!!
