When arriving, we were greeted by a friendly waitress. The place is fully renovated.
We ordered shrimps “a la diabla”, ceviche and tostadas. Overall the food was good. The waitress was very kind and attentive during our lunch.

You’re immediately greeted and asked if you prefer bar of dining seating. There are two booths against the back side wall and all other seating are upholstered arm chairs! Very casual yet trendy. There’s a giant screen that displays roaring fire, ambiance! Then on the right is a mural of a sea turtle. Colorful.
The waitress was friendly. I ordered the (grilled) filet mignon and shrimps served with mashed potatoes and rice. The filet and shrimp were good. The mashed potatoes tasted like boxed and the rice wasn’t fluffy (texture was sticky like sushi rice) and it was tasteless. Food was a 4. Will come back for the octopus, pork belly batana or crispy fish appetizers. For a Thursday night it was just the bar crowd at 8pm.Music got super loud at some point, wish they were more conscious for the lone diner who just wanted some quiet dining in the back corner. One more thing you get discount when you pay cash…

Excellent service and attention from Karen—she was very kind and sweet. The food was exquisite! It was our first time at this beautiful place, and I already want to come back. Highly recommended! The seafood rice was DIVINE, and the shrimp casserole was a 10 out of 10! The fish empanadas took me back in time with that homestyle, delicious flavor. I was fascinated with the whole experience! Thank you so much.

If you like South American cuisine and well cooked seafood, just go. This unassuming restaurant tucked in to a strip mall will delight your tastebuds. We shared several smaller plate items and loved each. The fish & shrimp emanadas had the perfect envelope to hold the savory well seasoned mixture of fish and shrimp. Shrimp/Mahi Botana had a very light breading, perhaps the least greasy fried food I have ever enjoyed with a piquant dipping sauce. Oh, OH! Speaking of SAUCE. Our gracious server, Jasmine, asked if we wanted spicy. She brought us a separate in house habenero sauce condiment that may sound scary, but it is really only medium hot with a complex combination of flavor that keeps you wanting more. We took some away with us for later scheming on all the things we would put it on. Tuna tiraditos came with more of an Asian twist - and that was quite fun. A giningery, drizzle of of sauce over tender tuna was a satisfying surprise. My wife said the shrimp tacos were some of the best she had ever enjoyed. Jasmine says they have been open 4-months. So, if you are looking for a new place to try, you won't be disappointed.

We went here for my birthday lunch today! Jasmine was our bartender/waitress! Jasmine was a sweetie! Great service! We just ordered some small plates. A dozen oysters. Octopus. Pork belly. Aguachili shrimp. All very good! I can't wait to come back and try some larger plates! Luv ya! Thank you!
