Food was really good. Some of the best tacos I’ve had around here and the rice and bean were delicious. Staff, however, spoke little to no English. It’s crucial to have bilingual staff when owning an establishment in a predominantly English-speaking country. Music was very loud , but considering I was sitting directly under a speaker, maybe that’s a given. Overall, food was very good and service was quick.
Good food and vibes, but they are incredibly slow. So make sure if the waitress comes to your table you get refills or anything else you need cause you won't see her again for awhile. Make absolutely sure you ask for your check as soon as they bring your food out otherwise you will finish, and be waiting for 20-30 minutes for someone to come to your table for the check. This was one of my favorite spots. Las Tapatias was legit! Then I go today and notice a completely different menu and they were bought out by Costa Del Mar. I wasn't very wow'd. It wasn't terrible but I'm not opposed to finding a new Mexican restaurant either. We do love some of the staff because they're still there but I'd have to say I'm disappointed. If anyone knows where the old crew/cooks went please post!!
